Deep Forest Security was founded in 2005 by veterans of law enforcement and Fortune 500 cybersecurity teams. We didn't start this company to ride the wave—we started it because we saw too many organizations left blind, exposed, or flat-out abandoned by vendors who promised "protection" and delivered… paperwork.
Mike became sole owner in 2016 and led the evolution of Deep Forest from a consulting firm into a full-spectrum security operations provider. Under his leadership, DFS expanded managed services, built a 24/7 SOC, and integrated AI-driven threat detection that protects enterprise clients nationwide.
With decades of experience across incident response, digital forensics, and security architecture, Mike understands what actually works—and what's just security theater.
